Registration Procedure
Please consult the Registration information available on this site. Delegates should complete and return the Registration Form with the corresponding registration fee to the MARTEC 2018 Secretariat, with clear indication of the method of payment. Please bear in mind that all bank transfer costs must be supported by Delegates and that the amount transferred is the Conference fee plus bank transfer costs.

The papers presented at MARTEC 2018 Conference will be included in the Proceedings of the Conference to be published in digital form.

The official language of the event will be English.

Invitation Letter
The MARTEC 2018 Secretariat will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to any individual requesting it. It is understood that the purpose of such an invitation is to assist potential delegates to raise travel funds or to obtain the necessary travelling documents and visas. It is not understood as an undertaking of the MARTEC 2018 organisation to waive fees or provide funding.

The organisers of MARTEC 2018 will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference. Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.
